Firefox Error: QuickBooks Online is not available. Please try again later.

Problem: When you try to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you get an error message saying "QuickBooks Online is not available.  Please try again later."  You know that it's not actually down, but it still won't let you log in.

Solution: Firefox tab (upper L → Options → Options → Privacy tab → [History] Firefox will: Remember History → OK (Restart Firefox if necessary) → go back to the Privacy tab → clear your recent history → check & delete everything → Advanced tab → [Cached Web Content] Clear Now → Restart Firefox

Quickbooks Online: Editing Customer Names

Problem: You edit the customer and the changes are not displayed on the person's profile.

Solution: After you change the Name → Click on the drop-down menu on "Display Name" and select the one you want.

Quickbooks Online: Merging Customers

Problem: You have 2 accounts for the same person in Quickbooks and you want to merge them together.

Solution: Open the customer you don't want → Change the Display Name to match the Display Name of the customer you DO want (to keep)
